Every plan runs the full box office.

No “contact us” column — every plan runs the full core Overture box office. Pick the size that fits your house: the per-order fee drops as you grow, and the top tiers add advanced discounts and reserved seating.

Plan prices and per-order fees are being finalized ahead of launch. Every plan includes the full core box office; tiers differ by price, per-order fee, scale, and a few advanced capabilities (advanced discounts on Standard and up, reserved seating on Premium). Card processing is billed separately by Stripe at their standard rate; the platform fee applies once per order.

Registered nonprofit? You get a discount on any plan.

Most of the organizations we serve are 501(c)(3)s — community theaters, youth academies, presenters. You get a discount on both the platform fee and your subscription, applied to whichever plan you choose, not a lesser tier. Contact us to verify.

Questions

Fair questions, straight answers

Is there a free tier?

No — every organization is on a paid plan. But you never give up a commission on your sales: you keep 100% of your ticket revenue and pay a transparent platform fee on top.

Do you take a percentage of our ticket sales?

No. You're the merchant of record, so ticket revenue lands in your own Stripe account. Overture charges a platform fee on top, and you decide whether to absorb it or pass it to buyers.

What about Stripe's processing fees?

Those are Stripe's standard rates, billed to your connected account. As with the platform fee, you choose per organization whether to absorb them or add them at checkout.

What counts as an order?

One checkout, any number of tickets. A family buying four seats and a donation is one order — the platform fee applies once, to the order total.

Can we pass the fee to buyers?

Yes. Turn it on and the fee is added at checkout; leave it off and it comes out of your payout. Either way, you see both numbers in your reports.

Do nonprofits pay less?

Yes. Registered nonprofits receive a discount on both the platform fee and the subscription, applied to whatever plan they choose — with no reduction in features.
